Our Notifications
We have a range of Notification Channels to ensure there are multiple ways for you get alerted about site down, and possible site down events.
Each Channel has it's own in depth section but in brief they are:
Email - A classic, everyone has them, but we only check them now and again!
Webhooks - One for the developers... we send secure hooks for your events.
Discord - We use discord webhooks to post to your channel of choice.
Slack - Another favourite for Teams... again using Slack channel hooks
Pushover - Instant mobile / multi device app style notifications, a personal favourite!
We plan on adding more channels either by request, or as and when we think they will be useful. Any additional channels will be free for our subscribers (except maybe SMS!)
Global Notifications
These are notifications that trigger for every project you have in your teams account. This is ideal if your account is monitoring multiple projects, where setting up notifications for each one would be a pain.
Per Project Notifications
There maybe some users in your company that only need to be included on specific projects, or, you might want to include the client in their own project. You can easily do this by clicking the cog icon ⚙️against a project and adding a project specific channel.
If you are a development team, maybe you have Slack channels per project? You could post specifically to a projects Slack channel using this method.
